We encourage all League members to Take Action. Encourage your friends and people in your networks also, to tell their federal elected officials to urge Congress to Stand Up for Democracy.
We encourage League members to contact your federal elected officials to voice concerns and opinions on whatever issues matter to you. When you do this, you do this as an individual constituent, speaking for yourself, not in the name of the League. All of our voices matter. Kalamazoo is in Michigan’s 4th Congressional District, and our representative is Bill Huizenga.
Our Senators are Gary Peters and Elissa Slotkin.
Be assured, while the League asks us to contact representatives, not on behalf of the League, but as individual citizens, the League leadership is also working on the issues.
